Speaker: Mr. Mark MAK
About the Speaker :
Mr. Mark MAK founded Firefly Conservation Foundation in 2008 and immediately launched a series of firefly research projects, including surveys, counting, habitat assessment, rehabilitation and reproduction research. He also led his team to promote the conservation and importance of fireflies to the public through lectures, large-scale environmental education exhibitions, workshops, special projects, field trips, and other activities.

He also serves as a consultant for various environmental projects for the Hong Kong government. He is responsible for leading and managing the entire project for natural habitat restoration.
