PP Prakash KIRPALANI joined M. KIRPALANI (HK) LTD (a family business) in 1972 and was assigned as the Managing Director for Taiwan Office (1973-1990). He returned Hong Kong in 1990 and joined Rotary Club of Tsim Sha Tsui East (The name was changed in 1999 to "Rotary Club of Tsim Sha Tsui").
Prakash became the Club President in 1997/98. He was appointed by the first female Governor of District 3450, DG Gloria CHENG as an Assistant Governor (Area 7) in the year 2002/03. He was appointed again by DG Peter WONG as an Assistant Governor (Area 7) in the year 2007/08. PP Prakash was the Chair, Club Administration Committee of Rotary Club of Tsim Sha Tsui from 2013 to 2022.

PP Alex C H LAI (賴振鴻) joined Rotary Club of Tsim Sha Tsui in August 2009. So far he has been a 100%-Attendance Member. Alex was the Club President in the Rotary years of 2011/12 and 2012/13. From 2013 to 2022, Alex was the Chair, Public Image Committee. From 2022 to 2024, Alex was the Chair, Club Administration Committee and Club Secretary. Alex became the Club President again the third time in 2024/25.
Alex served in District 3450, Rotary International as the Chair of the District Interact Committee in 2017/18, Deputy Chair of the District Membership Committee in 2014/15, 2015/16 and 2016/17 and Deputy Secretary of the District Government Relations Committee in 2013/14.
Alex graduated from The University of Hong Kong (HKU) and has been serving as a Court Member (校董) of HKU since 2002 and a Standing Committee Member of HKU Convocation since 2000. Alex is a Founding Honorary Director of HKU Foundation (since 1998). Alex has been an Executive Committee Member of HKU Alumni Association since 1999 and the current President (2022-24), Past President (2012-15 & 1995-98), Founding Executive Committee Member (1993-2023) of HKU Old Halls Alumni Association. Alex has been a Toastmaster since 1994 and was awarded Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) in 2009.
As a CFA charterholder and CFP Practitioner, Alex is also the founder and CEO of an SFC Licenced Corporation - "Integrity Financial Services Limited", which helps clients in financial planning (insurance, investment, retirement, estate and tax planning) and portfolio management and has been awarded "15 years+ Caring Company".

Dr. Cynthia LAI is an Associate Professor of the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Before she joined the University as a Faculty Member, Cynthia worked in Hospital Authority and other Non-Government Organizations as an Occupational Therapist. Cynthia has been serving as an Honorary Consultant of kingdergartens, primary schools, secondary schools and rehabilitation sectors in Hong Kong.
Cynthia engages in community-based participatory research and enjoys developing assessment and training tool for people with developmental disabilities.
Cynthia joined Rotary Club of Tsim Sha Tsui in September 2017. She became Deputy Chair, Service Projects Committee in 2018/19, Club Secretary in 2019/20, President Elect in 2020/21, Club President in 2021/22 and Chair, Service Projects Committee in 2022-25.

In the year of 2016/17, she served as the Secretary of District Ultramarathon Committee.

Mrs. Poonam V MEHTA has lived in Hong Kong almost all her life. She is a passionate educator who has taught students for over five decades and has worked as a counsellor for fifteen years.
She has acted as Deputy Principal and Principal in highly reputable schools in Hong Kong and Shanghai. In addition, she has authored many children books.
Presently she heads "Be The Change (BTC)", which helps ethnic minorities in both counselling and teaching.
In 2017, Mrs. MEHTA was selected by Zubin Foundation in their diversity list. She has also been appointed as a Committee Member of Racial Discrimination Harmony by Home Affairs Bureau of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Dr. Daniel NG is the Managing Director of ENSON CPA LTD, a Certified Practicing Accountant, and a Director of some consultating firms specialized in business advisory services. He joined Rotary in 2008 and became the Club President of the Rotary Club of Tsim Sha Tsui in the years 2013/14 and 2014/15. He is also a Director of other charities and non-government organizations. Besides professional and charity, he is much interested in arts and music.

Gary is born the fifth generation in a family of diamond dealers / jewellers from India. Gary's business was started in Hong Kong in 1965. They import / export and wholesale diamonds and diamond jewellery.
Gary is a member of Indian Chamber of Commerce and is the Founding President of Non-Resident Indian Association of Hong Kong and International President for NRI Association Delhi (India). Gary was awarded Hind Rattan (Gem of India) Award for his services to the community. Gary has been the President of The India Association of Hong Kong and the President of Young Executive Group of Hong Kong and several other organizations.

Miss Eman TAI graduated from The University of Hong Kong with her Bachelor Degree in Laws (LLB) and Postgraduate Studies in Law (PCLL). With the professional legal qualification, she is well versed with the local and international banking laws and compliance standards, and has extensive knowledge in legal drafting and research.
Eman now works as the Chief Compliance Officer in a foreign bank and is responsible for oversight and management of the overall Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Financing of Terrorism, Sanctions and Regulatory Compliance Programme of the Bank’s Hong Kong operation. She is currently appointed as Money Laundering Reporting Officer, FATCA/CRS Responsible Officer and Section 72B Manager under the Banking Ordinance.
Eman enjoys flying and is undertaking flight training for Private Pilot License in Australia.

Ms. Sayoko YEUNG attended a number of charity events in both Hong Kong and the UK where money was raised for homeless people and children in need. She also served as a volunteer in occasions where the main purpose was to raise the issues of cruelty against animals.
After graduating from university, she worked in the equity capital market department of a security brokerage firms, where she was mainly responsible for coordinating and running IPO's and secondary offering deals.
Since 2014, she has been working in AIA, specializing in matters of protection plans and wealth management, focusing mainly in the market of high net worth clients whereas also providing unique ideas to potential talents for development into this Market.She likes sports, travelling, getting familiar with other cultures and dancing.
Sayoko joined Rotary Club of Tsim Sha Tsui in February 2017 and became Club Secretary in 2018/19, President Elect in 2019/20, Club President in 2020/21 and Chair, Public Image Committee in 2024/25.

YUNG, Trevor PhD

Dr. Trevor YUNG is a practising psychologist specialising in providing assessment and treatment to children with various developmental disabilities. He was awarded PhD in Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research interests are executive functioning, attendion disorders and the neurophysiological deficits of children with Sluuish Cognitive Tempo (SCT) symptoms. He has published a number of research articles in international neuropsychological / psychiary journal on executive functioning and SCT among children.
In July 2021, Trevor joined Rotary Club of Tsim Sha Tsui as a Member and became Club Secretary in 2022/23 and 2024/25. He is also President Elect in 2024/25.
