About the Speaker :
Mr. Oswald AU is the Director and Head of Fixed Assets Valuation Department at AVISTA Valuation Advisory Limited. He has over 14 years of experience in property valuation industry. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Planning and Design and Bachelor’s Degree in Property and Construction in Quantity Surveying from the University of Melbourne in Australia. He also obtained a Master’s Degree of Science in Real Estate from the University of Hong Kong. He was also registered as a registered Professional Surveyor in the Surveyors Registration Board in April 2010. Since April 2018, he has been a guest speaker of School of Hotel and Tourism Management in the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
