About the Speaker : 

PDG Eugene FONG is a distinguished leader in the Rotary community and a Past District Governor of District 3450.
 
Eugene's joined Rotary in 2001 and has been an active member ever since, serving in various leadership roles at the Club, District, and International levels. Eugene was the District Governor of Rotary District 3450 in 2013-14.  He was the Regional Public Image Coordinator of Rotary International in years 2016-19 for Zone 10B and assisted in training of future District Governors based in Asian countries.  Eugene is currently the Co-Chair of ‘’The ONE International humanitarian award’’.
 
Eugene's contributions to Rotary have been widely recognized, and he has received numerous awards and honors for his service. He is a recipient of the Rotary International "Service Above Self Award" and has been recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow multiple times.
 
In addition to his Rotary work, Eugene is currently serving a number of committees under the Education Bureau and the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau, also the board of a kindergarten and a primary school.  Eugene has been active in a number of NGOs serving the youth of Hong Kong for many years.
