PP Helen OR is a long-time Rotarian from Rotary Club of Neoteric Hong Kong . She has been spearheading various youth projects that looks at youth mental health, creativity and intergenerational communication. In the past, Helen has visited our Club multiple times to update on projects that our Club and Rotary Club of Neoteric Hong Kong do hand-in-hand, and she is here again to update us about the projects.
