About the Speaker :
PP WH FOK has been a Member of the Rotary Club of Peninsula South for 30 years, and was the Club President in the millennium year. He is a recipient of “Club Builder Award” and the “Avenues of Service Citation for Individual Rotarians” awarded by Rotary International.
WH has been engineering mega-size infrastructure projects and advising on government and industry systems and practices while sparing substantial time for university work and Rotary services.
WH was awarded Master of Science (MSc), Master of Arts (MA) and Doctor of Engineering (EngD). He is also a Fellow of six professional institutions in civil/structural engineering, highways and transportation as well as dispute resolution.
