Ms. Leung has seven years of experience in youth work, focusing on supporting youths beinghidden and with emotional challenges. She previously served as the Project Leaderof "BLOG" Hidden Youth Career and Life DevelopmentService accumulating relevant support experience and professional expertise. 

During her service with hidden youth, Ms. Leung dedicated herself to developing innovative outreach strategies and intervention methods to help the youths inenhancing their self-efficacy, rebuilding social connections, and gradually reintegrating into society. She emphasized on cross-sector collaboration, engaging diverse stakeholders to establish strategic networks that integrate social resources, thereby weaving a more comprehensive community support network for hidden youth. 

Currently, Ms. Leung serves as the Project Leader for the JC LevelMind, committed to implementing a one-stop, multidisciplinary community intervention model that provides appropriate support for youths facing mental health and emotional difficulties.

Ms. Fung has five years of experience in youth services, with nearly three years specializing in services for hidden youth. She follows up with hidden youth on individual case basis, providing tailor-made career development services based on each youth’s unique interests and personal needs. 

During the intervention process, Ms. Fung emphasizes building professional and sincere working relationships, attentively listening to the voices of youth while assisting them in exploring their potential and possibilities. She actively establishes collaborative relationships with schools and community partners to promote community resources integration, creating a more comprehensive support network for hidden youth. 

She believes that every young person has unique value, and through personalized support, professional intervention, and cross-sector collaboration, it is possible to help youth rebuild confidence, restore meaningful social connections, and broaden their development opportunities.
